It is the old-school values of selling real estate that set me apart from the rest. Beginning my career over 30 years ago, I have experienced the many avenues of real estate. I am a third-generation Realtor® and very proud to have learned from the best.
My Grandfather founded C.B. Zeller real estate in 1937, a small family-owned firm that soon became a household name throughout the city's Lakeview area. My father taught me the most valuable lesson of all: buying and selling real estate is not just about the property, it is about the people and how their lives are changing.
Earning each client’s trust and respect has been at the core of my business from the beginning. I understand that buying and selling real estate can be a stressful and emotional process. I see my role as an advocate; a knowledgeable and honest partner there to help my clients effectively navigate the entire real estate process. I'm a full-time, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Expert who devotes my time and energy to ensuring each transaction is as professional, seamless and successful as possible.
Chicago and the western suburbs including Elmhurst are not only my area of expertise, but they have also been my home. I'm intimately acquainted with the region and the culture; this knowledge has allowed me to produce millions of dollars in sales each year and become the recipient of the Five Star Professional Award, the International President’s Elite Award, and be featured in Chicago Agent Magazines "Who's Who of 2024". My education, training and experience in recognizing and advising on the local short and long-term market trends continually prove to be invaluable to my clients.
